Kenneth,

In general, I would rather see government expenditures and revenues match up. But, as long as Federal spending does not result in an increase in inflation, I don't see the problem with increasing government spending (while cutting taxes at the same time). When the Government runs big deficits, and inflation is nil, one would think that deflation is a greater problem, than the inflationary pressure caused by large deficits.
