That's true, I don't think there is going to be crash either, and IMO he doesn't think so either, although he would never admit it out loud. He has developed a personna and a writing point of view that makes him a good living writing columns as the perennial bear. I do think he brings up some good points, however. My feeling is he brings some balance to the scene, which is useful in trying to evaluate the current and future climate for making money in this market. Don
