From what I've heard from CNBC, the American boycott of France is really hurting their economy. America's brave soldiers are fighting for our country, over in Iraq, and they are fighting to make this world a better place and safer for democracy. At least we Americans can help by putting pressure on backstabbers like France, who provide support and comfort to our enemies.

From their website:

Now that Saddam Hussein is defeated, is it time to stop the boycott?

"President Bush attempted to neutralize the threat posed by Iraq through diplomatic means at the United Nations and within other international venues. Astonishing, France obstructed the diplomatic effort to disarm Iraq in every way possible. France did not simply do nothing with respect to Iraq, France chose to stand against the United States. In effect, France sided with Saddam Hussein. They declared the war in Iraq illegal, undermined UN Resolution 1441, attempted to delay Iraq's disarmament by extending the ineffective UN inspections process, and declared they would veto any new UN resolution which would authorize war. With France standing against the US, it became impossible to apply enough diplomatic pressure to force Iraq to peacefully disarm, and military force became the only option.

If France prevailed in its diplomatic efforts, Saddam Hussein would still be in power, Iraqis would still be raped, tortured and killed, Iraqi children would still be in prison, and Iraq would still be pursuing its weapons programs. In the complex world of diplomacy and international relations, there is still such a thing as right and wrong, and on this point France was wrong.
