Did you see the news today: Re the bombing in Bombay???? I don't think this can be good for the Real Estate Market especially in Bangalore or Goa.

I am working hard to try to make some big bucks in Real Estates. Does anyones here on this thread know anything about this?

My big idea is that beach front property in Kerala and Goa is just like Silicon's Valley was back in the 60's, ie good for many times appreciation soon. So, I have looked into this and found that Real Estates there the best ones are only $20 per square feets much less than even in the mid-wests in USA.

I am liking the idea and the weathers and the peoples, but the bombing in Bombay is making me think to change my plans for this Real Estates Venture. I know to make monies one has to take risks, but this is a bit much, No???
