Hi EP,

I could easily imagine a much needed water project being used to launch the idea for a multiple transport system for all things.

Having lived in the USA for a number of years I learned an appreciation for big private enterprise and small government. Central planning isn't any good in most cases, the failure of communism demonstrates that point.

On the flip side, infrastructure and things like defense are overall the responsibility of the government. Everyone believes in good old private enterprise when there is government contracts up for bidding, and I agree private enterprise typically is the most efficient way to go about that type of business.

Corruption of any sort can have a real damaging effect on the success of any big scheme like this though.

I like to think there is a possible future where finances don't just get worse for the USA and ROW.
