You don't solve all those problems overnight.... For instance, there is a program in play, not fully implemented to have the Kurds patrol the pipelines....they know the areas better than anyone....... Personally, I hope they leave the borders open...Iraq is like flypaper to those Islamic savages....let them come to iraq and fight us there rather than blowing things up in the US.... The Iraqi power grid, long neglected udring Saddam's reign, will be back to pre war levels in September.....
