Perhaps a few childish observers might think Bush was telling the truth, but any adult would recognize he was lying.

Bush said that Saddam did not let the inspectors in. In fact, Saddam did let the inspectors in. Unfortunately, the U.S. obstructed the inspectors work by presenting them with a huge arsenal of bogus leads.
