the footnotes from that GLFD link........ Explanation of Responses: 1. This Form 4 is being filed by Durus Capital Management, LLC ("Capital") and Scott Sacane. 2. In accordance with instruction 4(b)(iv) of Form 4, these amounts reflect the aggregate amount of shares controlled by Capital (and by Scott Sacane through Capital) under Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act. Each Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership under Section 16 of the Exchange Act with respect to such transactions or securities, as applicable, to the extent greater than their indirect pecuniary interest therein. 3. Through Durus Life Sciences Master Fund Ltd. 4. The Reporting Persons are currently unable to determine the exact time of day that these transactions were effected. The Reporting Persons disclaim the applicability of Section 16 to these transactions to the extent the transactions occurred when Section 16 was inapplicable to such transactions.
