From 1998 when he actually got caught with chemical weapons until 2003, no inspectors were allowed in. He has been in violation of the cease fire agreement of the Gulf War of 1991 since 1992. We should have ended the cease fire and taken him out back then...oh but thats right we had a pussy in the White House then. 12 years of putting up with nonsense from SH. enough is enough.
