It was much more than 'coming up with an idea', it was more like coming on with an idea, coming on very very strong .... as for the UK and Spain, their populations were absolutely not convinced of the merits of this particular plan, the fact that Blair and Asnar were tagging along wagging their little tails is irrelevant, an anomaly borne of their own willingness to suckhole to the neocons .... the latter, Asnar, didn't have much to go in his mandate, and could not run again anyway, so he was a lame-duck presidente, and most emphatically did not speak for his nation .... they call him Asno now, it means 'ass' as in 'jackass' ..... there was an Economist headline the other day calling PM Tony 'Bliar' .... Dubya's PNAC permawar plan won't do these guys much good in the end, they should have listened, in any case they could not take away from the essential nature of planning in re Iraq, which was most demonstrably unilateral
