Bush made the reecession worse by his actions in office.
Now he's trying to prop up the lousy economy with huge spending and borrowing, which is a big fat debt on all of us for far into the future. Most jobs were lost well after 9-11 and two years after Clinton left office. 3 million lot jobs cannot be blamed on Clinton nor Al Qaida. The buck stops on Bush's desk. His policies have been a trainwreck.
