And God has made this so hard for us humans to do. I have seen it all, and everything is just as senseless as chasing the wind. Hi Jay - I bought a little GCH today, the Greater China closed end fund. Used to like CHN, but they now have a large premium to Net Asset Value. Looks like the Nikkei has resumed going up today...average increase around 0.3- 0.5 % per day.... Looks like the silver and copper stocks are taking a rest right now...annother hard asset class to consider, especailly as printing money leads to a (temporary ?) worldwide economic boom. Look at a multi-year copper price chart - I'll post one later ... Copper has been down a LONG time, and has a history of strong upward spikes... I am staying away from most tech stocks, except one biotech. SCLN, which has been up & down lately. I expect US interest rates will be comming down some time this fall, after Fannie and Freddie get through selling...haven't yet figured out which positions I want, but the royalty trusts might look good at that time...
