Hi Ed verrrrrrrrrrry scary that BWAC and I will both be building got to signal the peak and time for the bust closed on the lot this afternoon dirt work man due to start shifting/making flat pad for the slab... the survey showed the corners and according to my rough estimate I'll only have to cut down a couple of fair sized trees and get to save ALL the ones with girth of greater than am I ... got four or five oaks and pecans better than seventy feet tall .... lot size a bit more than half an acre
