Ray: Do you think Bush's friend Ken Lay will ever be indicted and serve hard time...?

It's amazing how quickly the Justice Department went after Martha Stewart (for a transaction of less than $1 million that did not hurt employees or investors...she was wrong to do what she did BUT the government has hyper-focussed on her)....What about THE BIG FISH from Enron...? Last time I checked Ken Lay and his former management team were all still free...They made off with hundreds of millions in illegal profits from stock sales (after they lied to their stakeholders and destroyed billions in market value and thousands of jobs). Anyone think Ken Lay should have to answer for what happened on his watch...? He also was helping Cheney write Bush's Energy Policy -- behind closed doors....hmmm...For some reason our Vice President won't release the minutes from his meetings. John Dean thinks this Administration is operating with MORE secrecy than Nixon did --> that can't be healthy for our democracy.
