First, you have no idea if it were true or not.

Second, American intelligence was never uncertain that there were such stockpiles. There were disputed details, mainly revolving around Saddam's nuclear capabilities, but the substantial picture presented was considered well- sourced.........

Such an hugh error indicate a hugh defect in character, honesty and/or abject stupidity in Doug R. Calling anyone a liar requires one check out the facts.
