Once again.....no lie...in fact prototype UAV's have been found and even if it was untrue....it would represent a failure of intelligence....not a lie.... You should be embarrassed for yourself....

You are wrong. The phrase "We have discovered..." does not exist in the State of the Union Address of January 2003. I don't believe he said anything about manned or unmanned aerial vehicles in the State of the Union Address. You call the President a liar, for words he did not deliver in the State of the Union Address. re:"“We have also discovered through intelligence that Iraq has a growing fleet of manned and unmanned aerial vehicles that could be used to disperse chemical or biological weapons across broad areas." State of the Union Address – 1/28/2003... ...The phrase, "We have also discovered...", is a statement of fact. To discover something is to have factual proof of its existence. There was no factual proof. The statement is a lie. "
