It was a lie because US intelligence was uncertain to the point of doubting the existence of and any threat from chemical weapons. Is Doug R lying or to stupid to understand his misrepresentation, As the real quote which follow below shows. Such an hugh error indicate a hugh defect in character, honesty and/or abject stupidity in Doug R. Calling anyone a liar requires one check out the facts.
