High insider sell to buy ratio High levels of bullish sentiment Low volume on the recent market advance Low VIX and VXN numbers - Too much complacency Ballooning Federal Debt Historical valuations at the bottom of bear markets need to be respected because we sure never got there. I thought I would add a thought or two to your excellent list. There are a lot of positive things that can be said about the rally since March and from a technical standpoint the rally is a very good one that very much has shown no sign yet of actually ending despite the top put in on Friday.
