Skimming through it I think I can agree with this point - "and, of course, for as long as our troops are there, security must be their responsibility--U.S. responsibility, not the responsibility of the U.N. or any other organization. We also had a bite out of that apple in the Balkans, in Bosnia. It did not work. It was a mistake. We corrected that mistake in Kosovo. But it should not be their role long term to administer Iraq or to choose its future leaders. "
