This is interesting. Put up a 6 month chart of the NDX, and punch in 40,75 SMA. (That's 40 and 75 day simple mov. avgs)

The rally from the March lows has pulled back to the 75 sma 3X, and the 40 sma 5X. The 40 day is pretty close, but the 75 day is down at 1225 (another 5% lower).
