Binnie if alive lives in constant fear in some mud hut. Binnie cannot even get a video out. Weak was the perception and having a clear rapist in charge was having a weak coward in charge.

The idiotic called that coward so smart and then called the genius of leadership a fool. All parts of the perception. And reducing the military by 50% was clearly part of that perception.

Complex interactions are never obvious to the simple minded.
