Vietnam was fought stupidly with no real plan. That lack of direction translated into anger and sadly that anger victimized innocent people. The reporting made obvious the cost in American lives on a daily basis. The support for the war eroded as the lack of any clear plan became more and more obvious. I see the clear plan in Iraq. Thinks don't happen in a day. Liberal's are all like mr. bill, they need a fix of feel good whenever the want. They have no concept of time and long term planing. The press is the press. They are ignorant fairly stupid talking heads at best and liars making it up at worst.
