Speaking about voucher in NYC, I saw the students using FREE subways to get around the city in the morning rush hours and .... then whenever I had the meetings out of the office i saw them around 4:30 PM on the train again to get back to their homes in far away places in long island........I felt so bad about their daily traveling to acquire the knowledge, education at the PS (public school) of their choice ..and also put the schools in competition for good students to maintain the prestige and for more budget......... yes more good budget for the next school year..........
