Do you guys know of any change in our tactics, like: no more foot patrols? or no more riding in unarmored Hummers?


I think the change may be in the terrorists' tactics: they are not trying to take on US military anymore hand-to-hand; just remote bombings. They lost too badly when they fought the US military, so they are going after softer targets, like infrastructure and the UN.
