re:EGAM
oh well...just for the record I agree with you.

Declining sales is what steered me away when it was at .35 several months ago.

Anyone here follow AWRCF?

Price $2.00
MktCap 27.7
P/E 5.71
P/S .11
EPS $.35

Looks like pretty good numbers but the corporate structure is quite confusing.

Opinions appreciated...

re : Riber - RIBE.LN - Paris : Ticker 7595 - trading in France and Germany. Breakout on 10x volume - north of 1€ today..

www.riber.com

bigcharts.marketwatch.com

The stocks is running today, breakout on 10x average volume, north of 1€. Very low price/Sales (under 1) and a solid base, cash flow positive position. Around 20m shares out so marketcap is under $25m Euro.

This is a maker of MBE growing and processing equipment, one of the 2 major backbone technologies in the making of compound semiconductors, the other one being MOCVD or MOVPE

Given the takeover of competitor Applied EPI a year ago by Veco, I guess there are suitors in Riber as well: possible are MKSI, VECO, VSEA, EMKR, Aixtron of Germany, TMO (they own VG Semicon) and a couple of others

IMHO fair value target in case of takeover probably north of 3€

all the best
