With all due respect, and IMHO I think the Chinets (as you call them) are wildly overvalued and could suffer bubble type revaluations. I also think that if one of them suffers any type of accounting scandal or similar situation the whole bunch will get killed. In China we have seen that they rarely care about patents, copyrights, piracy, reverse engineering, and outright theft (not even counting child labor, rampant polution, slave wages, civil rights and the communist ruling party) by so called "above board" business people. What makes you think that they are reporting "good" numbers? Kind of like in Russia. You hear from many sources that their numbers can't be trusted for the most part

I just think there are plenty of great buys in other places rather than bearing that much risk. Maybe NTES or CHINA or whatever at their 2000/2001 valuations of sub-$1.00 but certainly not now.
