Group 2 walks the lake that measures 31(F.) degrees. Now, this is bound to be completely safe, right? It's either ice or it isn't! If someone falls in, that will prove the conspiracy because everyone knows that material properties work in a binary on/off manner, and at 31 degrees, only a Bush-ordered thermonuclear blast for grins and giggles would make the area unsafe. Dr. Ulrich! Dr. Ulrich! Diduncha ferget the effect of pressure on melting point? Like if you stand on ice at 31 F, the pressure of your boots (I assume you're wearing something on your feet) will melt it?

They'll never go for it. Bush, after all, is the mastermind of Global Warming, in concert with his evil co-conspirators in the drilling, production and power generation industries. There will be no ice lakes, as mean ambient temperatures will be increased to the point where all citizenry will be beholden to the Power Brokers for their precious nectar that fuels our airconditioners. Then there's the petrochemical industry and the whole hubbub over Freon, the Ozone, expiring patents, and the Expensive Replacement.
