So you think one them was going to get his ticket as "Mohammed Atta, hijacker"? Do you really believe they are this stupid?

You REALLY think the fact that the names they got their tickets under don't match their real names means something? These guys weren't model citizens, ferchrissakes.

You are aware, aren't you, that getting false ID is no particular challenge? You can get a false driver's license for about $25 in San Diego.
