If Kissinger was as bad as portrayed.. That he deliberately screwed up the peace process for personal ambition, and was responsible for all the subsequent blood (and there was loads of it including Americans) and was ALSO responsible for the slaughter in Indo China PB, I think you need to remember that Bill's very most favorite author wrote a reasonably serious book arguing that Kissinger was not only a bad secretary of state but was so bad he should have been tried as a war criminal.
