If Iraq is a quagmire in Nov 2004 and the economy has not recovered - we will get a new administration. I don't think any of us disagree with that (barring some really strange issues popping up).

If Iraq is seen as under control at that point and the economy is humming again - he will be re-elected. There is no positive correlation between Presidential popularity abroad and electability at home - see Ronald Reagan :-)

A middle situation with Iraq messy, but the economy humming is too strange to call - but you could start a Republican vs Democrat thread and we could have a bunch of fun!
