William,
In my limited experience CCUR is the weaker of the two (SEAC being stronger) and then remember that Oracle's Larry Ellison is part owner of a private co. in the space. I just got out at $3.68 with a very tidy profit on a two day trade because 1) CCUR is now trading at a pretty good premium to SEAC and 2) SEAC is acting horribly. I may buy some SEAC Calls when it settles down as they did raise guidance from .04 to .05 but not revs. Both these cos. have no trouble scaling IMO but CCUR does have about 75% of its business in defense (although it has been running off).
