Ted, what's with ROBV? It just got changed to ROBVE after it was delinquent in one of its Naz filings. Stock dropped $0.22 to $0.67.

They fired their auditors in June and submitted their 10 Q to the Naz without a review by auditors. They have hired new auditors who are in the process of reviewing the 10 Q. It was a stupid move on their part. Everyone knows that the 10 Q must be reviewed by the auditors before submittal.

What annoys me is that during their recent CC, they said nothing about firing their auditors. This is the part that has me concerned. Have they screwed up their books or worse cooked them? I am more inclined to think the former rather than the latter. In the meantime, the stock seems to have stabilized at $.67.......its that whole curb thing again.

Administrative moves on the part of the Naz are not as serious as an SEC move. For example, BLTI got slapped with an E on its ticker earlier this month and now it looks like its coming off soon. I am tempted to buy more shares down here but then that could well be a fool's game.

I will let you know when I know more. What's strange to me is that usually there is a hint of selloff right before the big news. That didn't happen with ROBV.....volume was light and it was forming a bullish bowl. Oh well, so much for TA.

Just read their latest 10 Q they submitted recently. Like the previous 10 Q, it states that accounting controls are weak but they are correcting them, and that they are in default of their credit line but the bank is working with them. In their CC, they stated they were well on their way to revamping their accounting controls. Now, I am not so sure.

I am watching the stock and may sell half my position today and reduce my exposure. However, if it starts to recover, I may simply put in a stop loss. I will let you know what I do.

EDIT. For the first time today, there are more buyers than sellers.
