What seems odd is that Zogby says that Gephardt is the only candidate who runs ahead of Bush in his polls yet he ranks behind Dean and Kerry. Something doesn't seem right in those two statements.

if Gephardt can NOT get the nomination and passed thru all
primaries then how can he beats BUSH---- unless he runs as
the INDEPENDENT candidate
