Jake, are you interested in bio-tech as an area for investment? Did you know that Seattle is becoming a center for bio-tech research in much the same way that Silicon Valley became a center for telecom development? The University of WA will get a grant of $550 million and will build a research center on property owned by Paul Allen who will make a killing on other real estate he owns in the area.
