The truth is that the world could be a much better place, and I no longer have the energy to keep my mind focused in order to help bring this about.

There is a girl that I view as my own personal sun, and a smile from her would re-energize me.

She is also the only person in the world that I feel I can trust right now. So much so, that if she said the sky was green, I wouldn't need to look for myself. If she said that it was a gray area, I'd wear a gray flannel suit. If she said I was insane, I say have the straight jacket ready. I trust her judgement completely.

I may be insane, because since 9-11-01 my mind was focused one thing, until I became mentally exhausted. I don't know if people realize how large a toll it has taken on me either. Even considering this, If she smiled at me and told me to try and make the world a better place, I think I could do it.

My personal sun could even be in my neighborhood right now, but I can't go look for her because a police officer told me to my face, not to knock on any doors, and that she would find me if she wanted to see me. Everything I do, I do because I see it as a way to get closer to her.

A smile could change the world, and that is the truth in my opinion.
