Damn, you have high standards!

Someone on SI recently mentioned their interest in a stock was "peaked", to which I replied you can peek at a peak if your interest is piqued, but not the other way around.

its and it's... drives me batty

and any self-important corporate filler phrases such as "having said that", "that being said", "with that said", and all such variations...
