MMTIF reminds me of LUMM which had patents in the fiberoptic chip space but had no revenues, a gazillion shares outstanding and eventually went belly up. NVEC has a solid balance sheet and is profitable. I have been accumulating since 6+. NVEC's market cap is a mere $134 million and the float is about 1.5 million shares. NVEC controls the watershed patent in the MRAM chip space and is licensing to MOT, CY, etc. What would happen if IBM (which has acknowledged that together with IFX is 2 years behind in the MRAM chip race) also licenses from NVEC?

BTW, you way you say you passed on buying NVEC at 2.80 but I never saw the stock trade below 5.

Regards.
