The nuke program got destroyed post-91. That covers a nice span of time - could you pinpoint the year the nuke program got destroyed? Also who destroyed it and how? The other stuff rotted and got dumped. Where was it dumped? And when? I think you need to call the UN. I don't think they know the things you claim to know. I'm pretty sure they'd like to know the specifics behind your statments above. About NK: We're engaged in multilateral talks about the NK problem now. Oh yeah, now I remember - you wanted bilateral talks w/only the US and NK and the US on its knees begging NK for terms. Wasn't that about what you were arguing for not too long ago here?
