Paul, Sorry for not being clearer.

The CPC chart.

Notice the MACD in the chart at the bottom. Is it coincidence or meaningful that the black MACD line was below the blue (average) MACD line from about Oct 98 to the April/ June 2000 timeframe (bullish times).
Then, how the black MACD line crossed above the average line and was uptrending except for when we had bullish rallies, thru October/ November 2002 (bearish times). Then it crossed below, and has been below until August 2003. (bullish times).

Now, it's crosssing above again. What do you make of it?

It's also clear from looking at the RSI, that it's had local higher highs/ higher lows, and may soon break higher. A meaningful bottom is typical when the RSI has peaked above 70 and turned back down, seen just several times in the chart timeframe back to 97.
