Every one of them. And respect mitigates hate or the negative consequences of hate. Dictators are only interested in self preservation and don't let emotion get in the way. With Libya now signing up to pay billions after the fact. Skanko saddam in a mud hole somewhere. Self Preservation dictates finding the dangerous haters and dealing with them. Vacant liberal minded lefty loons cannot comprehend that simple fact of human nature. It's just business stupid. Who was afraid of stupid mr. bill. Why bother being afraid of someone who was afraid to tell the truth. It so amazing so many just don't get that.
