PRTN: Ready to go!

stockcharts.com[m,a]daolyyay[pb50!c10][vc60][iUb14!Lp14,3,3]&pref=G

10dEMA crossover the 50 with Stoch's just at the sweet spot toward overbought (just the way you like it) <GGGGGGGG>

Just to throw my two cents into the hat on BLTIe..fair value is in the mid 5 to 6 area based on the last Q (reported without the bookkeeping game) was quite a bit below the previous Q (with the bookkeeping game). With a Price to sales over 10 and a PE of 60 the stock is way overvalued compared to the general market and the industry in general. Bringing the PE down to 20 and Price to sales at 3 then, considering the outstanding shares the price comes out to 5.51.

Now, if one puts in the new offering of 2.5 mil. shares then the eps must come up to .25 just to maintain the 5.51 price at fair value. Add in the extra 3.3 mil. shares in warrants and options by the underwriterss then....well you get the picture.

Ken

Sergio:

I bought some more CPST today at 2.10

You may want to take a look at it and consider it for the folio if there is an opening.

Message 19255636

"CPST's 30-kilowatt and 60-kilowatt microturbines sell for about $1,100 per kilowatt, and could pay for themselves in about three years".

"Up to 100 Capstone microturbines can be linked to generate heat and power".

biz.yahoo.com

The stock is somewhat "overbought" at present.<g>

Volatility indeed! Big money has gotten in here to the tune of adding 8 million new long/short shares. The company should have no trouble selling a measly 2.5 more to long term funds at current prices. lol-Something to consider.

The business has gone beyond being a story stock and is growing profitable sales above +60% a quarter, eps +100%.
I have a good size core position and an equal size trading position thus I add to the volatility as well. As for my belief of a exact valuation I have to leave that to the analysts, 8 or 18 I'm ready for either. You have to ask yourself where would the price be without all the short activity....do they have good reason to be here or are they manipulating the price? How much do you put on a new device that is changing a large industry and this company has the patents covering it?
The CEO has been in the medical laser industry since 1986. I believe the company will have other products beyond dental lasers in the future. The company didn't need this secondary money for current operations.

BTW In prior messages here I saw mention of warrants. There are no warrants associated with the secondary offering. Just shares from the company and 300,000 from the former owners of Amer. Dental.
Good luck to you all.
Jim
