One of those lawyers who will return to his former job is Representive George Nethercutt (R) from Spokane, WA who is running against Senator Patty Murray (D). Patty Murray was subjected to savage criticism for her vote against the war resolution. She simply responded she voted against giving George Bush a blank check. In other words, she wanted him to come back to Congress after going to the UN. Her vote looks very good to the voters in WA right now.
