Gallup has consistently had him much higher than the other major polls. Two other major polls have him in the low 50s. Even Gallup says his re-elect figure is only 51% and shows a big majority against his economic policies.

Its gonna get better too. 1. Fall and winter will come to Iraq and most of the bitching will then end. I KNOW what its like to serve in the heat but THANK GOD I never had to wear all that crap they wear today. 2. Economy is gonna soar, already consumer confidence growing, latest little bump in the road (gas prices) will end by the middle of Sept. About the middle of October earnings releases will start coming out and I think they are gonna be good. (as Walmart goes, so goes the Nation and Walmart is HUMMING). 3. Always the chance we BAG THE BIG ONE either Saddam or the monkey. THAT'll be the day. Only BIG problems facing us IMHO is North Korea and people have GOT to admit Pres. Bush is handling that VERY GINGERLY. And Terroism. If we can JUST KEEP from having another major terrorist attack here in America people will believe his ideas are working. I am very confident for the future. jdn
