That's your spin on the matter and nothing more. Post one link that quotes the CIA. Fact is that the CIA had strong doubts and warned that it should not be used in the SOTU. The President decided to include it anyway, inspite of the warning from our own intelligence. That's the truth with out your spin. Why didn't the President add the words, "But our own intelligence has not been able to verify the British Intelligence and warned that I should not include this tidbit of information in my speech"?
