Hamas is still getting full funding, but the Palestinian people are not getting their welfare payment. This in intentional to gain the sympathy of the world, while the terrorist leaders plan their next child killings. Let's hope that Israel is able to take out many Hamas leaders at the same time. It is difficult to do because the terrorist leaders usually hide behind women and children.
