Joe, a "world community" need not take the form of a centralized, bureaucratic government. That's going to be highly inefficient, not to mention open to corruption.

Instead, it might take on the form of many nations cooperating and competing with one another. In essence, it will be a free market of political and economic systems.


That's exactly right........a loose coalition where the competition may be intense but not destructive.
