To some extent, I agree (and yes, this tired game is indeed being played again for the "Nth" time). But the big picture is still a morass of excess capacity and we have seen these short term run-ups come apart before. A bunch of plants will have to be exorcised before pricing power will become real. And in a fully commoditized arena, frequently pricing power does not return even when the axe falls.
