Larry S. and thread, some really important info in that WSJ article that you just posted. Maintenance (or lack thereof) may be the culprit behind grid failure. Where before have we heard about a kingdom being lost for want of a horseshoe nail? Equally telling was statement that employee levels in utilities have dropped almost in half from 1990 to 2001. Which was something that I already knew two weeks ago by reading the 2001 presentation of John Colson to the T&D World Conference as available on the web site of Quanta Services under Press Room first, then go to Industry Presentations. All of which augurs well for outsourcers such as PWR and MTZ, does it not?
