Saddam killed people. We liked him when he killed people that we feared. We looked the other way when he killed his own people while he was still our friend -- that was in the days when Rumsfeld visited Iraq to show our support for Saddam. Then we no longer needed him and we wanted to get rid of him so we asked his own people to rise up -- and they did, but when he came to crush their revolts we left them to die -- those are the graves you will find -- the graves of the Iraqi's we double-crossed. When the killing was done, we invaded to claim victory, and the oil. He pales in comparison with Hitler. He cannot compare with Taylor in Liberia or any one of the major mass murderers in history like Stalin or the Japanese army in their occupation of China, or Pol Pot in Camdodia.
