Perhaps you are confusing cause & effect with correlation? It's been a very (historically) hot summer in Europe and August in Eastern NA; combine with lack of infrastructure investments (there've been brownout warnings here in Ontario for the last couple of summers and no sign of new generation while demand keeps growing) in recent years and you have a recipe for? Don't get me wrong, I think the risk/chance of terrorist acts is great, but I don't think these are them. Just my 2 cents. Back to EW. Rob
